VCH-5 High-Efficiency Mixing & Modifying Machine
Integrates pre-mixing, spheronization, and post-fusion. Intelligent spindle speed control prevents material segregation, while the composite shaft structure ensures stable operation at high speeds and torque. Standard pneumatic sealed dome valve prevents powder leakage for clean discharge. Cooling water jacket enables precise temperature control, and the Wuc coating isolates metallic impurities. Suitable for modifying powders like graphite, silicon carbon, NCA, NCM, etc.
FRM-10 High-Speed Mixer
Achieves a linear speed up to 40 m/s for short, effective mixing cycles. The spindle features dual air and oil seals to prevent powder ingress. A special discharge mechanism and barrel design guarantee clean, residue-free output. Built-in vent and cooling water jacket maintain material temperature around 35°C. Ideal for mixing metal powders like high-nickel NCM (NCA, 811), LFP, etc.
VS-3 Fusion Coating Machine
Enhances material tap density, effectively breaks agglomerates, and ensures high powder dispersion. Supports nitrogen protection, operates up to 200°C, and offers precise temperature control suitable for heat-sensitive materials. Integrates mixing, compounding, and surface modification functions. Widely used for coating energy storage materials like NCA, NCM, Lithium Cobalt Oxide (LCO), graphite, and silicon carbon.
VSH-0.3 High-Efficiency Tumble & Fusion Mixing/Coating Machine
Features short operating cycles (only 3-5 minutes) and high linear speed (40 m/s) for effective impact, friction, and kneading. Cylinder-controlled loading/unloading ensures a compact, leak-proof design. Easy to disassemble and clean, with low energy consumption and high efficiency. Multiple blade configurations adapt to different materials. Designed specifically for coating energy storage materials and metal powders.
Enclosed Multifunctional Grinder
Integrates 6 grinding modules: air jet, pin, cone, hammer, centrifugal, and grinding track, offering a wide particle size control range (D90: 5-300μm). Customizable small-batch lab-scale models available. Built-in classifier enables narrower particle size distribution. Fully enclosed design isolates dust, suitable for moisture-sensitive and oxidation-prone materials, ensuring operator safety.
