R&D Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for structural design, drawing output, and R&D upgrades of non-standard automation equipment.

2. Collaborate with electrical engineers to complete equipment trial production, commissioning, and production implementation.

3. Conduct technical research, structural optimization, and output relevant technical documentation.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields.

2. Priority given to candidates with 3+ years of experience in powder, lithium battery, or fine chemical equipment development.

3. Proficient in design software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Salary: Base Salary + Performance Pay + R&D Bonus + R&D Sales Commission (paid quarterly).

Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for project scheme design, drawing detailing, and BOM preparation.

2. Follow up on the entire project process from design and production to installation and acceptance.

3. Coordinate with on-site construction, providing technical support and problem-solving.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; proficient in CAD/3D software.

2. 3+ years of experience in powder engineering, automated production lines, or environmental dust removal system design.

3. Strong sense of responsibility, adaptable to business trips and on-site project collaboration.

Salary: Base Salary + Performance Pay + Project Commission (paid quarterly).

Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for equipment electrical design, drawing drafting, and component selection.

2. Follow up on on-site electrical installation, commissioning, and issue resolution.

3. Organize electrical technical documentation to ensure standard project delivery.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.

2. Proficient in CAD; skilled in Siemens/Mitsubishi PLC programming.

3. 3+ years of experience in automation equipment design and commissioning; willing to accept business trips.

Salary: Base Salary + Performance Pay + Project Commission (paid quarterly).

Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Develop project plans, coordinate progress, and ensure timely delivery.

2. Coordinate and resolve various technical, quality, and construction issues.

3. Liaise with internal and external resources, responsible for on-site supervision and acceptance.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.

2. 3+ years of engineering project experience; preference for new energy/chemical industry background.

3. Strong communication and coordination skills; willing to accept domestic and international business trips.

Salary: Base Salary + Performance Pay + Project Subsidy + Project Commission (paid quarterly).

Sales Engineer (Domestic)

Responsibilities:

1. Independently develop and maintain key accounts, providing professional equipment solutions.

2. Follow up on project negotiations and solution optimization, independently facilitating cooperation and contract signing.

3. Coordinate order delivery, shipment, and after-sales issue resolution.

Requirements:

1. Associate degree or above; preference for candidates with independent sales experience in the equipment industry.

2. 3+ years of relevant sales experience, with independent negotiation and business communication skills.

3. Preference for candidates with sales experience in lithium battery production equipment.

Salary: Base Salary + Performance Pay + Sales Commission (paid quarterly).

Sales Engineer (Overseas)

Responsibilities:

1. Develop overseas markets, promote company products, and achieve sales targets.

2. Maintain overseas customer relationships, follow up on contracts, orders, and payments.

3. Participate in international exhibitions for brand promotion and business networking.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in English, Marketing, or related fields.

2. Fluent in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, writing, and independent negotiation/business communication skills.

3. 3+ years of experience in foreign trade or the automation equipment industry preferred.

Salary: Base Salary + Performance Pay + Overseas Subsidy + Sales Commission (paid quarterly).
